Edward is responsible for decision control, maintenance and quality improvement of financial procedures and protocols for MBE Central America’s finance department.

María Virginia Díaz

Maria Virginia Díaz joined the MBE Central America team in 2018, working as the coordinator of the marketing department. Maria Virginia is in charge of the brand image management, corporate events, social media management, BTL and ATL advertising.
Previously, Maria Virginia served as a marketing executive at an advertising agency, where she handled the creation, content, and marketing for a social and business magazine.

Alexander Vera

Alexander Vera joined the Mail Boxes Etc. family in 1999 in Caracas, Venezuela. He began his career at MBE as a customer service representative and after some time he became Venezuela’s pilot site manager. In 2005 he was in charge of the technical support department, a role in which he showed great mastery and knowledge, all this led him to assume the management of the IT Department for Latin America.
In 2017, Alexander moved to Panama, to join the MBE corporate team in Central America, where he is now the Operations and IT manager.

Estefania Alegre

Estefania Alegre has been the CEO of Mail Boxes Etc. in Central America since July 1, 2018. She leads the company’s operations, logistics, marketing, sales and public relations, always striving to provide high quality support to more than 45 offices across the region.
She began her career at MBE in 2011, as a customer service representative at the MBE Panama pilot site; her remarkable performance led to her promotion as a manager. During the following years, Estefania joined the MBE team as a sub-manager, a role in which she showed great leadership skills, her endurance and excellent performance have placed her in the position of chief executive.

Christopher Thompson

Christopher Thompson joined Mail Boxes Etc., alongside his partner Fernando Alegre, in 1997, after acquiring the exclusive MBE license in Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras and Belize. MBE Central America first started operations in 1998, by opening the pilot site in Punta Paitilla, Panama City.
During his professional career, Christopher has led and developed important projects, which have reflected the optimal growth and functioning of the brand, through analysis of strategies aimed at achieving the goals of the franchise, positioning 47 centers across the region.

Christopher Thompson se une a Mail Boxes Etc., junto con su socio Fernando Alegre, en 1997, al adquirir la licencia exclusiva de Mail Boxes Etc. para Panamá, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras y Belice. MBE Centroamérica abre sus puertas por primera vez en 1998, mediante la apertura del centro piloto en el área de Punta Paitilla en la Ciudad de Panamá.
A través de su trayectoria profesional, Christopher ha liderado y desarrollado importantes proyectos, que han reflejado el óptimo crecimiento y funcionamiento de la marca, mediante análisis de estrategias encaminadas al logro de las metas de la franquicia, posicionando la marca con 47 centros a nivel regional.

Estefania Alegre

Estefania Alegre ocupa el cargo de Directora General y CEO de Mail Boxes Etc. Centroamérica desde el 1 de julio de 2018. Es responsable de liderar las áreas de operaciones, logística, mercadeo, ventas y relaciones públicas, con el objetivo de brindar un soporte de alta calidad a más de 45 centros en la región.
Inicia su trayectoria en MBE desde joven en el 2011, como representante de atención al cliente en el Centro Piloto de MBE Panamá, donde su sobresaliente rendimiento la llevó a obtener una promoción como Gerente. Durante los siguientes años, Estefania se unió al equipo de MBE Centroamérica como Sub Gerente, rol en el que demostró gran liderazgo y desempeño, características que la predestinaron para asumir el rol de la Dirección General.

Alexander Vera

Alexander Vera se une a la familia Mail Boxes Etc., en 1999 en Caracas, Venezuela. Inicia su trayectoria en MBE como representante de atención al cliente y transcurrido el tiempo fue promovido a Gerente del Centro Piloto. En el año 2005 fue ascendido como responsable del departamento de soporte técnico para MBE Venezuela, rol en el que demostró gran dominio y conocimiento, características que lo predestinaron para asumir la Gerencia del Departamento de Sistemas para Latinoamérica.
En el 2017, Alexander se muda a Panamá, para unirse al equipo corporativo de Mail Boxes Etc. Centroamérica, donde asume hoy en día, el cargo de Gerente de Operaciones e IT.

María Virginia Díaz

Maria Virginia Díaz se une al equipo corporativo de MBE Centroamérica desde el 2018, iniciando sus labores en el departamento de mercadeo, como coordinadora del área. María Virginia es responsable del manejo de la imagen de la marca, eventos corporativos, administración de redes sociales, BTL y ATL de la marca.
Anteriormente, María Virginia desempeñó el cargo de ejecutiva de mercadeo en una publicitaria, donde manejaba la creación, el contenido y mercadeo para una revista de contenido Social y empresarial.
